Types of Paper
Three types of works will be accepted for the conference: full paper, short paper and poster abstract. Works are accepted English or in Russian.
A full paper is 12-15 pages long and presents the results of a completed scientific study..
A short paper is 6-11 pages long and presents tentative results obtained during the course of a scientific study in progress.
A poster abstract is up to 2 A4 pages long and can contain information on the plans and initial results of a scientific study that has recently started.

Paper Review
Before the review process, all submitted papers are checked for plagiarism/self-plagiarism. Next, all materials submitted are reviewed by experts (blind review, 3 reviewers per each paper). Upon the evaluation of the experts, the Program Committee selects works to be included in the conference agenda. The final form of the papers and reports is determined by the Program Committee.
Publication of the conference proceedings
All full papers in English submitted to the main conference (and some workshops) and included in its programme will be submitted for publication in the conference proceedings, which will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series of Springer (Scopus, WoS). Authors will additionally be required to sign a standard Springer publication agreement. Please note that if an article is sent to Springer, it will not be published in the proceedings on the conference website.
Full papers in Russian, as well as all short papers and poster descriptions (in Russian or English) included in the conference programme will be published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings of the conference will be published electronically and published on the conference website at the end of the conference. The proceedings are sent for indexing in RSCI.
