Fábio Borges

Fábio Borges is the director and a professor at the Naonal Laboratory for Scienfic Compung (LNCC), where he teaches courses for PhD students in Computaonal Modeling. He works in the areas of Arficial Intelligence, Security and Privacy, Smart Grids, High-Performance Compung, and Algorithms. He is the author of the book On Privacy-Preserving Protocols for Smart Metering Systems: Security and Privacy in Smart Grids. In addion, he is a co-author, together with C.R.Rao and B.B.Pereira, of the book
Stascal Learning Using Neural Networks: A Guide for Stascians and Data Sciensts with Python. He holds a Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) degree from the Department of Computer Science at TU Darmstadt, a Master’s degree in Computaonal Modeling from
LNCC, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathemacs from the State University of Londrina (UEL). He is a Senior Member of the IEEE – Instute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and received the Lan America Disnguished Service Award from the IEEE Communicaons Society.


Su Xing

Dr. Su Xing, Associate Professor, College of Computer, National University of Defense Technology (NUDT). His research focuses on parallel compilation optimization and dense linear algebra libraries. He is a principal developer of the compiler and math libraries for the Tianhe supercomputers.
